As its name suggests, this waterfall is hidden in a deep valley, with thick foliage around it. A huge, deep natural lagoon provides a great swimming area. But I liked the falls in the 1980s before business intervened, because it was much fun trekking down just grabbing on branches and roots so you won't slide down. Now, they built a riprap staircase, so you can get down to the falls more easily without a sweat. But going up ...
